Background
The Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAEC) became a client in November 2006 when WorldReach delivered a crisis solution to provide assistance to Spanish citizens in crises abroad. Spain has long been noted as a country with citizens that have a great propensity to travel abroad; Spaniards make roughly 10 million foreign trips per year and approximately 1.5 million citizens currently reside outside of the country.
