Background
WorldReach Software was awarded a contract in 2008 by the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs’ Consular Division for a new Consular Case Management and Crisis Response System. The Department will be provided with AssistReach and CrisisReach to support the operations of Headquarters and over 60 missions abroad.
