Background
WorldReach’s relationship with Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) began in 1993 when it was contracted to design and implement a new set of software tools to meet the requirements for consular management and operational improvements. Since the first full release WorldReach continues to work closely with headquarters and consulate staff to include their suggestions for software and process innovations for consular assistance, consular crisis and passports abroad. DFAIT’s complete system is considered by consular staff to be an indispensable tool and has been classified by the Canadian government as mission-critical.

WorldReach’s products are operational at DFAIT headquarters and in over 180 Canadian missions as well as being accessible to over 100 Honorary Consuls in both English and French around the world.
